About the Role

As a General Dentist with International SOS Government Medical Services, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care, including oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and preventative counseling. Your primary duty will be to provide timely and effective dental coverage for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat problems with teeth, gums, and mouth tissues, including preventative counseling.
  • Provide instruction on diet, brushing, flossing, and other aspects of dental care.
  • Remove tooth decay, fill cavities, examine x-rays, straighten teeth, perform extractions, and repair fractured teeth within facility capabilities.
  • Perform limited corrective surgery on gums and supporting bones to treat gum diseases.
  • Administer anesthetics and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications.
  • Develop and implement dental and community outreach programs, including school visits, health fairs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Document patient care in electronic health records.
