We are seeking a highly motivated Dishwasher and Kitchen Ambassador to join our team at The Ranch at Las Colinas, LLC.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Dishwasher and Kitchen Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, with a strong understanding of proper sanitation procedures and food safety protocols. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including dishwashing, sanitizing, and stocking equipment
  • Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure it is properly maintained
  • Assist in receiving and storing supplies, including cleaning chemicals and paper products
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve smooth service delivery
Requirements
  • 1 year of prior experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably as a dishwasher or steward
  • Strong understanding of proper sanitation procedures and food safety protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Handler's Certification and willingness to maintain current certification

  • A competitive estimated salary of $38,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience
