Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at NASCAR. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our buildings and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, facilities, and mechanical equipment.
- Participate in general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6-12 months of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
- Valid driver's license required.
Working Conditions:
- Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and high, precarious places.
- Frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions, risk of electric shock, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.
- Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.
