Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor and report on patients' progress to nursing and medical staff.
- Record vital signs and collect specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Provide basic patient transport and maintain cleanliness in patient areas.
- Measure and document patients' intake and output as per unit protocols.
- Support patients with mobility exercises and range of motion activities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic Life Support certification is mandatory.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in acute or long-term care settings.
- Completion of an approved CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification, or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
