We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Care Professional. This role involves working directly with individuals who require support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering person-centered services that promote the autonomy and well-being of our participants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direct care and support to individuals with special needs in a community-based setting\
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation\
  • Implementing individualized plans of care to promote participant independence and well-being\
  • Collaborating with management and other staff members to ensure effective service delivery\
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of participant progress and activities\
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge\
  • Representing Still Family, LLC in a positive and professional manner at all times\

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred\
  • Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation required\
  • No findings on the healthcare registry\
  • Strong organizational and communication skills\
