General Manager Prestonsburg KY

VP Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the role of General Manager in the Prestonsburg area. This is a full-time, individual contributor position responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the company in the Prestonsburg area, including staff management, budgeting, and performance goal setting.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
Some hotel management experience is required, along with good professional references. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 to $85,000 per year, paid biweekly, as well as possible bonus opportunities and benefits such as a health benefit package, paid time off, and an excellent incentive package.
