Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financial Integration Specialist to join our team at Dexian DISYS. This is a permanent position that requires expertise in designing and developing integration solutions using the Workday platform.

In this role, you will work closely with Tech Leads and Product Owners to understand desired Workday Finance module capabilities and testing scenarios. You will design and deliver solutions in the Workday platform with modules for extensions, Prism, Extend, and Integrations across the Finance modules of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments, and Suppliers.

You will also communicate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and business partners to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that optimize business results.

Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on Workday Technology & Platform updates, fixes, and capabilities, build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation and maintenance, and provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 9+ years of experience in Workday FINS architecture and platform engineering on Finance platforms. They should have experience designing and developing integration solutions, working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP, and experience working with Workday platform with 'modules for extensions', 'Prism', 'Extend' & 'Integrations' across the Finance modules.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the Richmond, VA area.
