**About the Role:**
As a Surface Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing surface repairs on a variety of materials, including floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, furniture, and elevator panels. You will work independently, as well as part of a team, to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform surface repairs on a variety of materials, using specialized tools and equipment
* Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
* Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness

**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of experience in a related field, such as construction, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
