We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at E Ink, a leading innovator in ePaper technology. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in the manufacture of our high-quality ink and pigment products.
Key Responsibilities- Execute batch processes within all phases of ink and pigment manufacturing in accordance with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate processing and packaging equipment using HMI (Human Machine Interface) controls.
- Handle, mix, and package chemicals, as well as perform various electronic ink making operations.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based operation, requiring cooperative co-worker engagement.
- Don appropriate process PPE, including fire-resistant clothing, steel-toed shoes, nitrile gloves, and respirator.
- High School Diploma with 2 to 3 years of manufacturing process knowledge.
- Equivalent/transferable job-related experience in a chemical manufacturing environment can be substituted for ink process knowledge.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, attention to detail, and self-motivated.
- Flexible to adapt to changes and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong team player and achievement-oriented with a positive attitude.
