Job Title: Physiotherapist Specialist

At Northern Light Health, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve optimal physical functioning and alleviate pain.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, with the ability to evaluate, assess, and implement effective treatment plans for patients with various conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care and promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patients to identify physical limitations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement treatment programs to improve physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent further disability
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and students as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a PT in the state of Maine
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
