  • Utilize the Quality Network problem-solving process to identify and implement improvements.
  • Implement Workplace Organization (WPO) strategies to enhance efficiency and layout.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing through daily updates to the Timekeeping System (TKS).
  • Document problem-solving activities using the A-3 reporting format in accordance with local guidelines.
  • Conduct daily meetings to discuss business performance and foster open communication with team members.
  • Perform weekly safety observation tours to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Plan and prioritize daily workloads effectively.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize shift performance.
  • Adhere to contractual obligations and enforce shop rules.
  • Conduct daily audits of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Advance personal skills through the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
  • Keep the General Supervisor informed of all ongoing activities.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the technology relevant to the assigned area.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and management systems.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills to motivate and engage employees.
  • Understanding of quality control procedures.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Education Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with additional training from technical or business school.
  • Training in skilled trades or equivalent technical education.
