Job Overview

Futures Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Survey Party Chief to join our team. As a key member of our survey crew, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys using advanced technologies such as Topcon, Carlson, and Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain survey equipment, including Topcon and Trimble systems
  • Conduct field surveys, including construction stakeout, boundary, and topographic surveys
  • Work independently or as part of a survey crew to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate survey data
  • Develop and implement survey plans and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data collection
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • Minimum 4 years of field surveying experience
  • Strong understanding of surveying fundamentals and methodology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Experience with remote sensing and/or Part 107 Certification is preferred
