Maintenance Coordinator Job Description

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance branch. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
  • Manage Service Net Planner with PMs campaigns, repairs, and vendor outside work.
  • Partner with Centralized PM Scheduling Operations and Outside RO Management teams to foster collaboration.
  • Manage inventory productivity, including ordering parts, receiving and storing parts, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Perform process analyses and reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Regular, predictable attendance and willingness to travel as necessary.
Physical Requirements:

The associate will be required to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines. While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be required to stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg.
