We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at Wilson County Memorial Hospital District. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-office assistance, including telephone coverage, patient scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Interview patients, take vital signs, and record information on patient charts.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, hand instruments and materials to providers, and inventory medical supplies.
  • Assist with routine diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and EKGs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Register patients, schedule appointments, and perform secretarial tasks.
Requirements
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
  • Bilingual preferred.
