Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in the Philadelphia area. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment on our vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose defects in electrical equipment to determine extent of repairs or replacements required
  • Disassemble, replace, clean, reassemble, and rewire electrical equipment or parts of controls, accelerators, and other items
  • Troubleshoot to module and component level and perform necessary replacement of modules and components
  • Install and replace wiring in complete electrical circuits or components such as control units, interlocks, contractors, power resistors
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of technical school
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate Authority vehicle
  • Proficiency in working from mechanical, electrical, electronic, logic, and pneumatic drawings and schematics
  • Familiarity with current and voltage waveforms and graphs
  • Familiarity with interpretation of circuit configurations and integrated circuit logic flow diagrams
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
