About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. As a key member of our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in proactive outreach to build relationships with customers and propose suitable products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Assist customers with basic requests related to account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bank's products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs.
  • Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build trust, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial objectives.
  • Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
