Cleveland Brothers CAT, the largest Cat dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Caterpillar Equipment Inspector to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Caterpillar Equipment Inspector will be responsible for demonstrating Caterpillar equipment to Caterpillar standards, participating in Head-To-Head competitive demonstrations, promoting and delivering Caterpillar Operator Training programs, and providing product application expertise to customers and sales staff.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate Caterpillar equipment to Caterpillar standards.
- Participate in Head-To-Head competitive demonstrations.
- Promote and deliver Caterpillar Operator Training programs.
- Provide product application expertise to customers and sales staff.
- Analyze customer operators and recommend training.
- Travel in and out of territory to support training and demonstration initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience as a heavy equipment operator at the Journeyman level on multiple machine families and in multiple applications.
- Computer literacy and comfort with public speaking.
