The Grocery Expert - Meat Product Preparation position requires an individual who can maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction while working effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming meat products according to established standards, while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company sanitation guidelines and product safety standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries and concerns.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00, based on location and experience. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.45 per hour to $4.00 per hour, depending on specific circumstances.
