Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to build programmatic excellence in school teams, utilizing data-rich metrics and deep knowledge of the Montessori pedagogy.
  • Hire, grow, and retain excellent classroom teachers by coaching and mentoring school leaders to observe and provide meaningful programmatic feedback.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a full portfolio of thriving, successful, and profitable schools, with a focus on profitability as a key outcome of excellent program quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Montessori classroom experience and certification
  • Ability to operate independently, execute from end-to-end, and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Rigorous analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to assess situations by gathering facts and evaluating data
  • Strong organizational skills and clear, succinct written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for education and a drive to dig in and do, not just direct or coach
