- Medication Administration and Management: Administer medications as prescribed, monitor patients for adverse reactions, and manage medication regimens to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families on various aspects of care, including disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination, communicate effectively with patients and families, and provide timely updates on patient status.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric setting.
- Certifications: Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification.
