BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients in their homes, focusing on speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document client progress and services provided, utilizing electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
