Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Workforce Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling component parts according to customer specifications.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and must be able to follow specific instructions and directions.

• Safely and efficiently assemble component parts according to customer specifications
• Operate hand tools as required to complete assembly process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete pre-shift/startup equipment inspection checklist and report any problems or concerns

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of basic math
• Able to work in a safe manner and recognize size/grade/quality of material
• Demonstrate ability to follow specific instructions and directions
• Ability to use and operate hand tools
• Ability to stack material properly

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:

• Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
• 6:00am to 2:00pm shifts with overtime as required
• $19.00 per hour
