Key Responsibilities

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Registering guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate records, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Monitoring and managing the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized.
  • Providing information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed.
