Cake Decorator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet the high standards of our members.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of bakery productions, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert Baker: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs, following recipe measurement instructions, and working with a variety of products to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
• Be a Customer Service Champion: Provide exceptional customer service, interact with members to understand their needs, and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Tech-Savvy Baker: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner of Quality: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training.
