  • Product Knowledge
    • Learn and reference current product knowledge to provide prompt recommendations and professional service to customers.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
    • Participate in store-related meetings to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service goals.
    • Contribute ideas to improve business operations and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 0-1 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands
    • Bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
    • Routine standing for up to 8 hours.
  • Availability
    • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
