Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mitigation Contents professional to join our team at SERVPRO of Columbia County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing restoration services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory and restore contents and textiles after a fire or disaster
  • Ensure safe delivery of contents to our facility
  • Clean and restore contents onsite or in our facility
  • Inventory and load equipment, products, and supplies for each project
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Set up staging area and equipment for each project
  • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
  • Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines
  • Ensure clear communication with crew chief and other technicians
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications preferred
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to work in tight spaces
  • Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
