Job Title: Head of HR Operations

Hess Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Head of HR Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, payroll, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to track HR metrics and provide insights to senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
