About the Team

Our Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events team operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting various professional and collegiate sports. We are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience, whether online, in mobile formats, or at physical retail locations during major sporting events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome fans and assist them in making their shopping experience enjoyable.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to high standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics brand.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for extended hours during game days and events.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus.

  • Possess a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to develop product knowledge of team and league merchandise.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in dynamic environments.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the workspace.
