Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scenario Design Analyst (Operational Environment) to join our team at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center - Indo Pacific. As a Scenario Design Analyst (OE), you will play a critical role in creating, evaluating, and refining scenarios for training or simulation-driven exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create complex and engaging scenarios that challenge the training audience
  • Evaluate and refine scenarios to ensure they meet customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-fidelity training events
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership on Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) requirements and training objectives
  • Lead planning teams to create realistic training events in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environment

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; U.S. Army MEL IV qualified or equivalent ILE
  • Experience: 10+ years of related experience; Joint military experience preferred
  • Technical Skills: Technical expertise in the Joint Event Life Cycle; demonstrated proficiency and understanding of MC systems; strong technical writing skills
  • Security Clearance: SECRET clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
