Member Cart Attendant

At Sam's Club, we're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Cart Attendant to join our team. As a Member Cart Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized cart area.

• Ensure cart availability and cleanliness
• Assist members with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a safe and organized cart area
• Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift carts
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
