Position Overview

At The Parking Spot, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional airport parking solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction. With over 25 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a premier near-airport parking provider, operating more than 40 locations across 28 airports and employing over 2,000 dedicated professionals.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our customers between our parking facilities and the airport terminals. If you embody our core values of teamwork, respect, and outstanding service, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

Compensation: $15/hour (plus tips - cash and mobile), with potential for an overnight rate of $16/hour.

Work Schedule:

  • On-Call, with shifts varying based on availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet each customer and assist with their luggage.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the facility and airport terminals.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Adhere to all regulations and requirements for operating commercial vehicles.
  • Perform additional tasks as reasonably requested by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in driving and/or customer service is preferred.
  • Must possess a clean driving record.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain necessary licenses or badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
  • Willingness to pass a physical examination as mandated by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English (DOT Requirement).
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist customers with their luggage.
