We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to deliver exceptional service to our guests at SEA Crab House.

• Mix and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to company specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare garnishes and ingredients for drinks, ensuring consistency and quality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Plan and promote drink specials to utilize excess inventory and create a unique experience for our guests, while adhering to company standards and OLCC regulations.
• Assess customer preferences and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience, utilizing strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Communicate effectively with servers and other staff to ensure seamless service, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify customer identification and ensure responsible service practices, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

• 2+ years of experience as a Bartender, with a proven track record of excellent service and drink preparation, and a strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift 20 lb boxes and stand for at least an 8 hour shift, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Strong customer service, great memory, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests.
