Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, and provide other medical care as needed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.
- Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- ASLS certification preferred.
