About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Aspire Health Group. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering direct care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and wardrobe management.
  • Provide companionship and conversation to residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
  • Participate in light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Remind residents of medication schedules and observe changes in their condition.
  • Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and report any concerns.
  • Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room and serving meals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.
  • Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties.
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
