We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Aspire Health Group. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering direct care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and wardrobe management.
- Provide companionship and conversation to residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Assist with daily tasks such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
- Participate in light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Remind residents of medication schedules and observe changes in their condition.
- Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and report any concerns.
- Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room and serving meals.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties.
- Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
