About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing functional rehabilitation services to individuals with complex neurological injuries in their natural home and community environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient
  • Regularly reassess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred
