Taco Bell Restaurant Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member at Taco Bell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and accurate service to customers, including greeting and thanking them.
  • Take and ring up orders, handle payment, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, and package products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a closing shift, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
