As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to address a range of diseases and impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
  • Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
  • 3 C's
  • Previous rehab SNF experience preferred
