As a Repair Technician, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience, and work on repairing and maintaining store-owned gear as requested.

Responsibilities
• Interact with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear as requested
• Complete warranty repair work as assigned

Requirements
• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (desired)
