Host Job Description

At Applebee's, we're building connections in our community by bringing energy, excitement, and fun to our service. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly manner.
2. Accommodate special needs of guests, such as boosters, highchairs, or disabilities.
3. Manage the Wait List when the restaurant is full.
4. Provide guest assistance to servers as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Be 16 years or older to be considered for this opportunity.
2. Possess reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
3. Have mobility required during the entire shift.
4. Transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.

Physical Requirements:
1. Stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length.
2. Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.
