We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping students communicate effectively and thrive academically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication disorders and speech-related difficulties
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven decisions to inform instruction
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing guidance and support to ensure students receive the best possible education
  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field, applying this knowledge to improve student outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • California state license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficient in therapy techniques and intervention strategies, with a focus on evidence-based practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
