About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to provide clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating hearing loss, ensuring a positive patient experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing your patient population and meeting practice financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care and aftercare services, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and education on best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Achieve practice growth through sales and key business metrics, while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Participate in local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories, and maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
