Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Falcon Healthcare, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop meaningful relationships with them and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, including assessments, goal-setting, and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an occupational therapist (OTR)
  • Minimum one year of experience as an occupational therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
