We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to work in northern New York State. This position requires relocation to work 5 to 10-hour shifts, with two days off each week.
Key Responsibilities- Install and manage cables, wires, and communication systems.
- Perform mechanical installations of junction boxes, control boxes, and switch boxes.
- Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Test and troubleshoot circuits, motors, fans, controllers, VFDs, and transformers.
- Complete all terminations and splicing, including high-voltage splices.
- Develop knowledge of hoisting and crushing operations for troubleshooting purposes.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical work.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions for safe and efficient task execution.
- Must perform duties without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of yourself or others due to the safety-sensitive nature of the work.
- Willingness to relocate for a 5 on, 2 off work schedule.
- US Residency: Must be a resident of the United States.
- Competitive pay based on experience and skills, plus overtime and holiday pay.
