About the Housekeeper Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Talus Apartment Homes. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our property models, vacant units, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including units, common areas, and exterior spaces.
  • Follow safety protocols and manufacturer's instructions when using chemicals and equipment.
  • Proactively communicate opportunities for site improvements and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
