Job Summary:

ProRec Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our residents and potential renters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Sales:
    • Meet with potential renters to showcase available units and provide information about our properties
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries
    • Prepare and present leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
    • Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees in a timely and efficient manner
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and rent payments
    • Perform background checks, credit checks, and other necessary verifications to ensure qualified renters
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management, with a focus on leasing and sales
    • Strong knowledge of residential property management principles, terms, and fundamentals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
    • Preferred bilingual (English & Spanish)
