Job Summary:

Kronospan LLC is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of raw materials, rotating storage areas, and assisting truck drivers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance on the front-end loader.
• Load designated raw materials into process metering bins, as well as load fiber trucks and the reclaim bin to maintain a target level in the overbed silo.
• Perform routine tasks such as rounds, inspections, and cleaning of the wood yard area to maintain the performance of the equipment and process.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Fork truck or heavy equipment certification or previous experience operating heavy equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Actual work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Courteous and respectful attitude when dealing with vendors and suppliers.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional service orientation.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
