About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Child and Family Psychological Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions with clients of all ages
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LCPC, etc.)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents
  • Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week
  • Flexibility to work some evening and Saturday sessions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
  • Strong computer and technology skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and independent clinician with a commitment to ongoing professional growth
