We are seeking a skilled Rebar Fabricator to join our team at Commercial Metals Company. As a Rebar Fabricator, you will play a critical role in the production of steel reinforcement products for the construction and infrastructure industries.

• Attend training sessions to learn about applicable equipment and procedures
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
• Assist in loading and unloading stock material from trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture
• Cross-train on multiple machines to increase efficiency and productivity

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Willingness to cross-train as required to support the team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safe working habits
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a heavy industrial environment (preferred but not required)
