Job Title: Master Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our heavy equipment fleet.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and prioritize equipment servicing and repair tasks.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Diesel Mechanic with a focus on heavy equipment.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Possess your own tools for the job.
  • Willingness to work in a shop on location without frequent travel.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 and up, depending on experience.

Benefits: 75% HEALTH/DENTAL/VISION, 4% 401k MATCH, profit sharing bonuses, 3 weeks PTO after 60 days.
