Restaurant Crew Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Crew Member to join our dynamic team at Cafua Management Company, a leading Dunkin' Donuts franchise in the US. As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service Excellence: Deliver friendly and enthusiastic service, demonstrating a positive attitude and genuine care for our guests.
  • Operational Efficiency: Prepare and serve products according to Dunkin' Brands' guidelines, maintaining speed and accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with team members, respecting and supporting each other, and actively participating in coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Continuous Learning: Embrace training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, enabling personal and professional growth.
  • Flexibility: Maintain schedule flexibility to meet the needs of the restaurant's operational demands.
Requirements:
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and stand for 6+ hours at a time.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English.
